New Trigger

Usage:

New Trigger is an effective way to end a read cycle when objects move past the reader at irregular intervals (not timing-dependent).

Definition:

New Trigger ends the current read cycle and initiates a new one when a new trigger occurs. New Trigger refers only to a rising edge trigger. With External Edge, Serial Data, or Serial Data or External Edge enabled, an edge or serial trigger ends a read cycle and initiates the next read cycle. In the case of External Level, a falling edge trigger ends the read cycle but the next read cycle does not begin until the occurrence of the next rising edge trigger.
