Last Frame or New Trigger

Usage:	Useful in applications in which line speeds are irregular and a new labelled object could appear before the last frame in a Rapid Capture sequence.
Definition:	Last Frame or New Trigger is identical to New Trigger except that a new trigger or last frame (whichever occurs first) ends the read cycle.
