Fixed Symbol Length Status (Code 39)

Definition:	When enabled, the Imager will check the symbol length against the symbol length field. If disabled, any length will be considered valid.
Serial Cmd:	<K470,status,check digit status,check digit output status,large intercharacter gap,fixed symbol length status,fixed symbol length,full ASCII set>
Default:	Disabled
Options:	0 = Disabled	1 = Enabled
