Output on Print Growth

Usage:	Lets the user know if symbol quality is less than acceptable.
Definition:	If enabled, toggles Output 1 to an active state when Print Growth Threshold is met.
Serial Cmd:	<K800,output on symbol contrast,symbol contrast threshold,output on print growth,print growth threshold,output on axial non-uniformity,axial non-uniformity threshold,output on UEC,UEC threshold>
Default:	Disabled
Options:	0 = Disabled	1 = Enabled
