Locate Time

Definition:	The time in milliseconds from the start of image processing until the symbol has been located and is ready to be decoded. When enabled, the locate time is appended to the symbol data.
Serial Cmd:	<K710,percent cell damage,total read time,capture time,locate time,decode time,pixels per element,EC level,matrix size,quiet zone,symbol angle>
Default:	Disabled
Options:	0 = Disabled		1 = Enabled
