Start/Stop Status

Definition:	When enabled, both Start and Stop characters need to be present to qualify as a decodable symbol. In the case of PDF417, only a Stop needs to be present. Note: This parameter does not apply to UPC, GS1 DataBar (RSS), MicroPDF417, or Pharmacode.
Serial Cmd:	<K717,minimum number of bars,minimum number of qualified scan lines,start/stop status>
Default:	Disabled
Options:	0 = Disabled	1 = Enabled
