Width (Column Width)

Definition:	Defines the column position of the upper-left starting point of the window.
Serial Cmd:	<K516,row pointer,column pointer,row depth,column width>
Default:	752
Options:	8 to (752 - column pointer)

Important: The column width value must be a modulus 8 value. If a user enters a non-Modulus 8 value, it will be decreased automatically to the nearest modulus 8 value. For example, if a user enters a setting of 639, it will automatically be reduced to 632 (although a user request for this setting would still show 639).
