Definition:	Starting value of the cycle mode.
Serial Cmd:	<K512,threshold mode,fixed threshold value,cycle min,cycle max,cycle step,adaptive contrast percent>
Default:	0
Options:	0 to 255 Important: Cycle Min must be a smaller numerical value than Cycle Max.
