Daisy Chain ID Status

Usage:	Used in a daisy chain setup in cases where the host needs to know which reader in the chain sent the data.
Definition:	Each reader in a daisy chain can be assigned a one or two character ID that will appear in front of decoded data and identify its source.
Serial Cmd:	<K101,aux port mode,baud rate,parity,stop bits,data bits,daisy chain i.d. status, daisy chain i.d.>
Default:	Disabled
Options:	0 = Disabled	1 = Enabled
