Implementing the Host Operating System API and Establishing a Connection with the Microscan HID Interface

When a connection is made, the host can send serial configuration/default commands. The Imager will always be able to receive configuration commands from the host application and send responses to those commands. However, the Imager can be configured to stop producing IN Reports to the host from symbol data output and diagnostics (service messages).
