Fixed Symbol Length Status (DataBar Expanded)

Definition:	When enabled, the Imager will check the symbol length against the symbol length field, minus the embedded check digit. If disabled, any length would be considered valid.

Default:	Disabled
Options:	0 = Disabled	1 = Enabled
